HOW DO I RENT THE FACILITY?
First, download the information packet, be sure to read all the information completely. Then download and complete the Rental Agreement and return it to the Facility Manager. (DeAnne Tyree)

RESERVING EVENT DATES
In order to reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 and signed contract are required.We accept checks, cash or major credit cards. A processing fee of will be charged for use of a credit card.
On the day of your event, you will meet the facility manager at the agreed upon time. During this time, you will be required to review and sign a check-in list. At the end of your event, if everything was returned to the way it was when you checked in; your $300 cash damage deposit will be refunded to you.
RATES sCHEDULE
FRIDAYS
11AM to midnight
$100 per hour. Min 5-hour rental time
(+ $300 refundable cash damage deposit)
SATURDAYS
11 AM to Midnight
$1000.00 for the whole day.

SUNDAYS
1:30pm to 11 pm
$100.00 per hour. Min 5-hour rental time
(+ $300 refundable cash damage deposit)
